gSOAP on OpenVMS v.12 Released

gSOAP on OpenVMS v.12 is now available. See the release notes for additional information.

It is the same as V2.8.3 of the open source gSOAP kit.

There is also a new version of the FIDDLE guide. See the release notes for further news on the latest version.
